Like a bit of Numan? Go misty eyed over Duran? Okay so everyone had bad hair, everything was luminous & every school had an annoying kid who could do the rubiks cube in under a minute (taking the stickers off doesn’t count!) But the 80s was a decade of great tunes & 80s Revival brings you the biggest, fattest, coolest tracks of the era; So flick back that fringe, slip on the ray bans, strap that big fat 80s mobile to your back &... Relax!

With a passion for synths and all things electric 80s Revival is able to take on some of the more challenging songs of the 80s, using loops and samples alongside drums, guitar and bass. The result is an unrivalled tribute to the most famous artists of the decade.

The band are also able to play a set of 90s material!

What people say

  • We were extremely pleased with 80s Revival and I would recommend them to anyone. The music was brilliant and they got everyone dancing all night. They were such a friendly easy going bunch of guys too and just got themselves sorted without any hassle we couldn't have been more pleased, it was a brilliant night.

  • 80s Revival are a talented and well organised band. They enhanced our wedding reception playing music that all our guests enjoyed and danced to. We have since received many compliments from our guests saying how much they enjoyed the band. They also have a DJ option with a vast array of music tracks.

  • 80s Revival are consummate professionals. We hardly knew they were there until they began to play, but at that point the dancefloor was full from the start of their set to the end. We offered them a list of our favourite tracks on their playlist, and they based their choices very much on what we'd asked for, without sticking slavishly to the list, which we didn't want. I would recommend them to anyone. The sound balance was perfect, no-one complained about it being too loud, not even the oldies, and the performance was just amazingly polished, even when we requested a song that wasn't on their playlist for our first dance. Thank you so much 80s Revival, we will definitely have you back if we need a live band in the future, you were fantastic and made our day.

  • Lads, Just a note to say thanks for everything! Everybody thought you were brilliant, to cover an age group of 18- 50 plus takes some doing, especially after traveling from Norfolk all the way down to Somerset! Everybody has commented to me how good you sounded and also what nice blokes you were too. It was a special occasion in our squadrons history and your fantastic performance made it even more memorable. To steal a song from the night you guys made it a "Fantastic Day"!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much and don't be surprised when we call again!

  • Thank you for Saturday night. Everyone we have spoken to about the event has commented on what a fantastic band you are. We are thinking of doing the same next year, so may get in touch again. Once again thanks

  • Richard, I'm back from honeymoon. Just a quick e-mail to say thanks. There were many comments on how good you guys were and everyone really enjoyed the music. PS Thanks for guiding me through my impromptu performance of Gold!

  • You & the band were all really, really fantastic - in the words of Simon Cowell (or was it Nicky Chapman?) - you blew me away! The band was fab, and loads of people have since told us how great they thought you all were. Thanks again,

  • Just a quick email to say thank you so much for Saturday night, you guys were brilliant. Everyone had a great time as you could probably tell from the many shouts for "one more" or in some cases "three more"! Thanks for making our night such a memorable one. We will certainly recommend you in the future.

  • Just wanted to pass on my thanks to you and the band for playing at our wedding on the 6th August in Beaconsfield. You were absolutely fantastic and turned it into a brilliant evening for us all. The music was spot on so thank you! All the best

Lucie and Mike, Wedding, Buckinghamshire, August 2007
  • We were delighted with the band. They were perfect for the evening and good company earlier in the day. Comments from our guests were entirely positive (which makes us look good!). They couldn't believe that we could find such a band without knowing them first. Some of the songs sounded better than the originals!! The dance-floor was packed which is always a great testament to a band (and to the quantity of alcohol). Thanks for your assistance.
