What people say Help

  • The wedding was great fun and the band added massive value. Great tunes, handled the range of people there very well and got everyone up and going - highly recommended. Alex was very relaxed and accommodating, many people asked us where we got them and we pointed them in your direction. Excellent, thanks.

    Rich, Wedding, Warwickshire, April 2012
  • Captain Planet did an amazing job at our wedding, everybody loved them and they had everyone dancing all night long. They were extremely friendly and polite too. I would highly recommend them.

    Rosie, Wedding, September 2011
  • We were really impressed by the band, especially when we really didn't know what they were going to be like! They played excellently and really got us all involved and enjoying ourselves. They really made the evening!

Kate and Paul, Wedding, Derbyshire, September 2011
  • I would strongly recommend Captain Planet for their musical ability, being three nice friendly guys and who have a great selection of songs. They fitted in well with the guests chatting with family and friends. So many people commented on how much they enjoyed themselves and how good the band was (this included children right the way up to family members in their 80s). I think the secret was that the boys are excellent musicians and really enjoy what they do which translated to everyone present. To give you an idea, some people at the wedding said they would like to book the band for themselves in the future and some described them as one of the best wedding bands they'd seen. Looking back I don't think we could have achieved any more with any of the originally recommended bands (and now Captain Planet has become one of my "recommended bands").

  • It was a really good evening! Please pass on my thanks again to the band. They were awesome and really good fun! Definitely lived up to our expectations and more! Thanks again and we will keep them in mind if we need a band again.

Helena, 18th Birthday Party, St Albans School Sports Pavilion, Sept 2010

    Catherine, Wedding, Sept 2010
  • Please tell Captain Planet how grateful we are for the terrific atmosphere they created! They recognised what the audience wanted and played accordingly. It was a superb evening and we have received really good feedback.

    Jean, Wedding, Buckinghamshire, August 2011
  • Still recovering from an amazing night. Alex and the guys were SUPERB - please thank them again for us. The bands were very different in style but everyone loved them.

Jane, Private Party, Hampshire, July 2010
  • Captain Planet really helped to create an excellent party atmosphere. Everyone got really into it and Alex had a great rapport with the crowd. I am particularly grateful to the band for letting me sing with them on 'Chasing Cars', which seemed to go down really well, and also to the sound engineer who was extremely helpful when it came to Howard's and my little set. Those of us that remained to the end were enjoying every minute. I would thoroughly recommend this band to anyone else needing a good act to get their party going. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to the 3 guys and to their sound engineer.
