What people say Help

  • Just a note to say the band were absolutely brilliant on Saturday they were courteous, patient when we got a bit behind schedule and they sounded amazing they really made the night everyone I spoke to said how brilliant they were I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I hope that they go onto bigger things because they absolutely deserve to I cannot thank them enough.

  • City Heights are a fabulous, young, energetic band who made sure that our evening reception was brought alive. People constantly commented on how good the band was and the fact that everyone was dancing all night. Thanks!

  • We hired City Heights for the night of the 18th December 2010 for our companies combined moving party and celebrating 20 years of trading. The country at the time, if you can recall, was experiencing some pretty bad snow conditions and we really didn’t think that a lot of people, who were travelling from all over the country, would be able to attend. Thankfully, we had a full house. The guys from the band were at the venue early on in the evening, getting ready to entertain us and they didn’t let us down. Everyone remarked at how good they were. Usually at parties, it takes a few pints of “dutch courage” for people to get up and dance, but this wasn’t the case with City Heights, they certainly had everyone from all ages up on the dance floor.

  • We booked City Heights for our wedding in August this year, the chaps not only looked the part of young sixties band, straight out of Liverpool, but with an authentic sound we had the dance floor fully all night. Our guest’s are still talking about the wedding three months on, the band deserves much of the credit for playing such a good set. Good luck to band, and please pass on our thanks again.

  • Function Central were recommended to us by a friend and after checking out a few of the bands on offer we requested a demo CD from City Heights. They were exactly what we were after, we didn't want the usual wedding cheese but it still had to get people on the dancefloor. They play 60s & 70s classics but not the obvious chart hits from the era, which was perfect. On the day they were floorless, they didn't drop a beat. They played 2 amazing sets with a great variety of tracks from The Rolling Stones to The Killers. All our guests were very impressed and we received many compliments on our choice of band. These guys are a top class act, we can't recommend them enough!

  • Hello Alistair, re. your band City Heights who played at my daughter’s wedding, I cannot praise them highly enough. they arrived on time set up without any disruption to guests and their performance was described as brilliant by many guests. the dance floor was full throughout both their sets. I would not hesitate to book them for my younger daughter’s wedding and would recommend them to anyone requiring a band for any function. Many thanks to you and the band.

  • City Heights were much appreciated at our school do. The arrived in good time, were polite and friendly and seemed well organised. When they played, they looked and sounded the part and added some good atmosphere to the afternoon. Function Central were helpful and efficient and provided us with a great band.
