The right DJ for your corporate event

We like you to tell us as much as you can about your event, and what your audience will be like, so that we can match you with a DJ who suits your event perfectly. Your DJ can ‘compere’ throughout the night, or just stick to the music.

You choose the music

We offer a lot more than the standard Abba-and-Beatles soundtrack to an office party (though we’ve got plenty of that if you like it)! We recommend making a list of around 50 songs that you’d like your DJ to play at your corporate event, and telling us these in advance. Your audience can make as many requests as they like on the night, giving you a set that will keep even the most diverse crowd happy. Most of our DJs bring at least 6000 songs to each corporate event, covering everything from golden oldies to modern chart hits, with choices to suit all tastes.

You can choose to leave the song choice to the DJ, and concentrate on the rest of your event: our DJs are great at ‘reading’ the crowd. They know how to choose the music to match the mood on the dance floor, so you can rely on them to play the right music, at the right time.

Use of microphones

Make sure no-one misses out on the chairman’s speech - our DJs can provide PA systems with wireless radio microphones for speeches.

Flexible timings

Our DJs can start and finish whenever you like, although there are additional charges for setting up earlier than 6pm, and finishing later than midnight. All our DJs can play appropriate background music as your guests arrive, and for drinks receptions and dinners, as well as music for dancing.

Corporate event co-ordination

Our DJs can work with our function bands to create a seamless night’s entertainment. They can also liaise with your corporate event planner and venue to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.

Corporate event DJ options

Standard package

This package suits small to medium-sized corporate events with up to 100 guests and is perfect when the DJ will be playing before, between and after band intervals, or on his own. It includes:

·        A high-quality sound system (at least 1000 watts).
·        At least three ‘intelligent’ lighting effects (lights with moving heads that react to the music and project a range of patterns and colours).

Large package

This is ideal for larger corporate events with 100-200 guests, where the DJ is intended as the focal point of the evening’s entertainment. This includes:

·        A high-quality sound system (at least 1500 watts).
·        At least four 'intelligent' lighting effects (lights with moving heads that react to the music and project a range of patterns and colours).
·        Optional fog machine (improves the light show by refracting lighting beams to produce a laser effect).

Deluxe package

This package stars one of the very best DJs in the business with an excellent reputation, and is best for large corporate events with over 200 guests. It includes:

·        A high-quality sound system (at least 2500 watts).
·        At least five 'intelligent' lighting effects (lights with moving heads that react to the music and project a range of patterns and colours).
·        Fog machine (improves the light show by refracting lighting beams to produce a laser effect).
·        Choice of laser or strobe.
·        Early set-up (from 3pm) and 1am finish (optional).
