What people say Help

  • What a great night we had, every one of us had a night to remember, and that’s all down to a great band giving their all. Kojak were fantastic, they travelled a long long way for our wedding and gave a performance that really went down well.. we could have gone on for much longer!!! Should anyone else want to try this band then I say make no hesitation you won’t be disappointed. I certainly would use them again! Best of luck Lads!

  • Kojak played at our Summer Ball to over 400 guests and did a great job. Just a small selection of comments we received back from our YFC members were as follows:

“Band were really good - thought they handled the crowd very well and played some good all round tunes!!”

“Band were really good - very suitable to dance too! Seemed to join in having a laugh with everyone”

“They were absolutely brilliant-played music that everyone seemed to enjoy!”

We would highly recommend them to anyone organizing something big or small – they were flexible, fitted in with the set up and played a great night for everyone.

  • Kojak were a fantastic choice for our wedding party. We wanted a live band that played a diverse range of music and the band surpassed any expectations we had. They were professional and friendly to deal with, looked the part and delivered a truly excellent set. All of our guests were stunned by how good they were and have not stopped talking about them since, especially as they made the long journey from Yorkshire to Brighton for the party! We hope that we can use them again in the future as their music was great.

  • My husband and I decided that we'd like live music at our wedding. After seeing the band perform in local venues, we asked if they were available for the date of our wedding. On the day, Kojak were professional, yet approachable, accommodating and great fun to have around. We were utterly delighted by their performances on our special day, as were all the guests.

I walked down the aisle to a Metallica ballad, which was played by a band member on acoustic guitar. The result was simply beautiful and set the atmosphere perfectly.

After saying our vows, the band then went into the lounge area and played various 'easy listening' tunes, whilst the guests drank wine and relaxed.

Our reception was also made perfect by the performance from the band. They played a huge variety of music, so that all could enjoy. They took requests and were cheerful and pleasant throughout.
My husband and I had contracted the band to play until midnight, however, out of the goodness of their hearts, they continued to play until the reception venue was closing! Our special day was wonderful, but the 'icing on the (wedding) cake', was definately Kojak.

  • We were both very pleased with everything you did for our wedding. You were available to meet up beforehand to discuss playlists and our first dance. You made our evening reception amazing, all our guests commented on how brilliant you all were. You played a mixture of songs, old and new to suit the different ages. Good value for money, we would definitely recommend to other friends.

  • We booked Kojak for our wedding in July 2009. Everything went very smoothly from then on as they were very well organized, which made it a lot easier for us with all the stress of everything else to arrange. The actual performance was brilliant. The band all seemed very competent musicians and put on a really good show. They played a wide assortment of songs. Beatles, Oasis, Razorlight, Pink Floyd. This was really good because there was something for everyone. Towards the end of the performance nearly all the guests were on the dance floor!!!!

Kojak were excellent, really good value for money and I would recommend them to anyone!

  • Kojak's performance was fantastic, I would say they exceeded expectations, the dancefloor was packed all night and I received many comments about how good the band were.

Benji and the guys were brilliant. The dancefloor was packed all night and the bride and I ended up staying an hour longer than intended as they were so good! They were easy to deal with and they kept us informed when they were doing public gigs so that we could go and see them in advance of the wedding. Many of the guests commented on how good the band were and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a band for a wedding or any other party.

  • The band were fantastic they played their heart and soul out and everybody had the most amazing time, (and if they didn't me and Jamie did). We would not hesitate to book them again or recommend them to others, we hope they enjoyed playing our wedding as I think our guests provided a great atmosphere for them and greatly appreciated them. In fact it all got a bit too rock and roll towards the end, but that is how we planned it to be. Many thanks to the band.

  • Kojak were amazing!! We couldn't have asked for anything better. Our wedding day was perfect and the band played a big part in it being as perfect as it was. Their music was excellent and they were very helpful and professional. Every single person that attended our wedding has told us how much they loved the band.... even my Grandad got up and had a dance..!! I don't doubt that they will get some bookings from the guests at our wedding and we would not hesitate to book them again. Please pass on a special thanks to the band from us as we really were blown away by them.

  • I just wanted to give feedback on Kojak at my daughter's 21st on Saturday night. They were BRILLIANT, arrived early , set up in good time, were very professional in their interactions, very anxious to make sure that everything was to our hopes and requirements, and.... they did not disappoint. Their set was superb, varied and funky. good range of numbers appealing across the spectrum of ages ( from 16-85!!) They were universally applauded, comments included, "best live band at a party-EVER," and " they could play at my wedding!!". I can only thoroughly recommend them. I would book them again and would advise all my friends also. Thanks so much. It was a great party, and all thanks to them.
