• PLAN B played at our wedding reception at Lympne Castle on the 30th October 2010. There is no other way to describe the band other than ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! They rocked the place, everyone at the reception was on their feet dancing all night thanks to the excellent music and great entertainment the band gave out. A terrific band and a good bunch of guys too. I would not have any hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants a great live band playing a really diverse and energetic set. I would also be more than happy to recommend using Function Central as an agency for finding great bands and DJs, they made the whole process very easy and the level of service was excellent. • Plan B played at our wedding and they were amazing! We had given them our first dance song - Something by the Beatles and they were able to play it for us which was the beginning of 3 brilliant sets. They had the whole place dancing including the oldies! My favourites were the first dance (obviously) closely followed by being able to sing along to Bon Jovi's Living on a Prayer! They really made the evening for us and even now people talk about how brilliant they were. I would recommend them to everybody!

• I wanted to write you a note to say a big thank you to you both for recommending Plan B to us for our wedding in March. I'm sorry I'm only writing to you now but we are only just back from honeymoon. The band were absolutely excellent. Countless numbers of our guests commented on how brilliant they were. • Plan B are without a shadow of a doubt the best live band I have ever seen perform, and believe me I have seen a few famous bands live! They set up quickly and out of sight and when they began they entertained our guests better than anything I could ever have imagined. Out of the whole day the most feedback I received was regarding these exceptionally talented individuals – so much so that my sister-in-law has requested their contact details to book them for her work's Christmas party this coming year and my best man and usher are fighting over who can book them first for their upcoming weddings next year! They controlled our iPod play lists in-between their sets and this was achieved absolutely seamlessly and, and... well I cannot accurately put to words how completely amazing they were but I would pay good money and travel great distance just to watch them play again, as would most of my guests! • Apologies that it has taken me so long to come back to you with regards to Plan B. I had actually intended to send you a quick email anyway just saying how much we had enjoyed the band, so I am more than happy for you to use anything I write. Initially we were a bit reluctant to book a band that we hadn't had the opportunity to see perform live, however of all the bands that we listened to online, Plan B not only sounded the best, they also played the best mixture of rock/disco/pop music that we felt was suited for our wedding.
  
  I have to say that I would whole-heartedly recommended Plan B for anyone who is looking to book a band for an event where you want as many people as possible on the dance floor. Being a wedding, we had kids as young as 5 and adults older than they will care to admit, yet Plan B were able to play songs all through the night that had almost all of our guests on the dance floor. The only disappointment was that they had to stop playing at the end of the evening. I have never been to a wedding before where the guests have asked for an encore! I honestly say that the band made my wedding evening the best I could ever have hoped for. We had so many people asking about them when we came back from our honeymoon and many more saying that they couldn't believe how good they were and how well they played the variety of music, from Michael Jackson to the Rolling Stones to MC Hammer. My personal favourite was the Proclaimers' song 500 miles which they played as their encore and we were very lucky that a relative videoed it as we now have a lovely 3 minutes of most of our guests jumping in unison at the end of the night. I cannot thank the band enough for putting on a truly fantastic show for us. Kind regards and many thanks again.

• Plan B completely exceeded our expectations in every way. They set up on time, they played our first dance superbly, they interacted with the guests, they looked like they were really enjoying themselves and they got everyone dancing right from the start. • Plan B were absolutely the highlight of our wedding day, the energy they gave and the performance was second to none, sensational, and they kept our dance floor full for the entire evening! Their front man has the most versatile and superb voice, as well as a charismatic personality and great stage presence, and they are all such talented musicians. We have had countless requests for their details over the last couple of years, from parties through to weddings, and we have been only too happy to recommend them over and over again!
  
  I also have to say a massive thank you to all of them for the extra time they gave us. My husband plays the trumpet along with several of his friends, and they consented to having 5 of them get up on stage with the band for a couple of tracks. It absolutely made my day seeing my new husband, the best man, and three more friends joining the band for two numbers, and was a wonderful surprise for all the guests. It really added that special something to our evening, and made the day stand out for everyone who came. The band also gave up an evening of their time in advance, when they were having one of their regular rehearsals, for my husband and the others to gate crash and have a rehearsal with them. It was so generous of them to give us the extra time and really shows what a great bunch of guys they are.

• We had seen Plan B at a friends wedding in Somerset last Summer and thought they were superb, so we hired them for our own wedding earlier this month. They were a great choice that we would make again and again. They are all clearly very high calibre musicians so the quality of their sound is extremely good but more importantly they have exceptional energy which gets everyone dancing – all generations. They turned out a beautiful and gentle You Do Something To Me by Paul Weller for our first dance and then cranked it up perfectly after. Highlights included Living on a prayer (Bon Jovi), a great version of Fix You (Coldplay) which they had kindly put together for us but nothing beat the electric Can’t Stop me Now (Queen) which got the entire reception thrashing it up at 1am. The best live wedding band we have ever seen by a country mile. Thank you.
