Lin, Corporate Event, London, September 2011
  • Scotch and Soda were a great band who hit all the right notes for our wedding. We got nothing but compliments on the band throughout the day. They were playing just the right stuff during the meal, for our first dance and later on. Very glad we booked them.

  • We contacted Function Central last minute about organising an act for our annual Summer Party. They were very helpful and made the booking process easy. We hired Scotch and Soda as a duo for some upbeat background music. They were both friendly and professional, they followed our brief and didn't disappoint. A great success!

  • I hadn't booked a band before and you made the process personal and easy. Scotch And Soda's rendition of the Etta James song 'At Last' (which we had our first dance to) was amazing! We'll recommend you guys to everyone. My new wife is already looking for an excuse to book you again!

  • Scotch & Soda exceeded all expectations and left a very memorable impression by the end of the evening. I spoke to Pete Roth on many occasions leading up to and including the event and found that he was most polite and pleasant to talk to and ensured the smooth running of the evening. For that I owe him a great depth of gratitude. I was extremely pleased with the two different sets they performed with the first one being 'swing', catering for the older audience and a more up-tempo second set, which included James Browns Sex Machine which proved very popular among the audience. I have been inundated with telephone calls and emails from many who attended that evening stating that they thoroughly enjoyed the band during the evening and hoped to see them again.

  • Scotch and Soda were great to work with and the customers loved them, we had to literally drag them out of the shop to close up! The band are very professional and friendly and create such a great atmosphere we will definitely be utilising their talents again.

  • I just wanted to thank you for arranging both performances on Tuesday – the cellist and band were both excellent. I was particularly impressed with Scotch & Soda – Pete's attitude was exceptional, and they handled the whole evening with flawless professionalism. So yes, thanks again and please pass on good feedback to all the musicians.

You lifted the wedding reception and made everybody feel happy and relaxed. You and the band were superb, we will meet again. Just some final words, thank you!
