What people say

  • We were very pleased with the Cool Cats, they provided a great backdrop to our reception and set up and packed up with a minimum of fuss. We were also very happy with Function Central, easy to discuss requirements and arrange booking in advance, decent confirmation of the arrangements and happy with the price and payment process.

  • Thank you all so much for a wonderful evening - your music really made the party extra special! We loved the variety of songs and all our guests mentioned how much fun they had.

    Brian, Party, Surrey, September 2009
  • The Cool Cats were a pleasure to deal with, when we and our guests arrived at the venue, they had set up and were ready to play, and boy could they play! The vocalist was superb. A truly professional band. Many thanks to them.

  • Just wanted to say a big thank you for your performance at my father in laws wake. The reaction we have had from everyone was great. We thought you judged the mood superbly and put on a great gig at what obviously was an unusual function. We think you all sounded fantastic and we are so glad that we booked you as a quintet and got the true sound of the band. Probably the most moving moment of the day was Sebastien's rendition of the last post with all Bobs army pals standing to attention (not a dry eye in the place) and a fitting farewell. None of them had heard it on the sax before but to a man the approval was unanimous. Once again a big thankyou and our sincere wishes for you all for the future, we will be singing your praises to anyone who needs a band.

  • My biggest applause went to The Cool Cats..no wonder the Bard wrote: "O, it came o'er my ear like the sweet sound, that breathes upon a bank of violets.
