8-piece Dixieland giant The New Tooting Swingers offer fresh, energetic performances of 20s New Orleans Dixieland Jazz. Additional vocalist available.

The New Tooting Swingers are an 8-piece group that specialise in 1920s New Orleans Dixieland Jazz. The band has a highly proficient pianist and band leader, and boasts some of the hottest instrumentalists in London at the moment. The horns comprise of Trumpet, Clarinet, Tenor Sax and Trombone and are making a name for themselves as a brass unit rivalled by few. They're supported by a rhythm section made up of banjo, double bass and drums/percussion. Performances are raucous and lively, perfect for dancing to or for enjoying from a bar seat with an Old Fashioned in hand.

All members of the band are seasoned musicians on the scene, well accustomed to performing at all types of events from corporate events to cocktail bars to festivals to weddings and everything in between. We also have the luxury of being able to bring in a beautifully voiced singer to liven up your event. With such a wealth of talent in the band, The New Tooting Swingers truly can cater for the needs of any event and offer a professional, slick and ultimately fun performance at every occasion.

Please expect an increase on the guide fees for quotes for Friday and Saturday events in April to September due to high demand.

What people say Help

  • The New Tooting Swingers brought a great atmosphere, worked very professionally with the staff and gave everyone there a fantastic show. Since their first performance with us, we have made them a regular feature on a bimonthly basis. We would recommend them highly.
