Young and exceptionally talented wedding and function band from the North West, available as a 5-piece with male vocals up to an 8-piece adding female vocals, keyboards and brass.
Soulful, passionate, energetic – these are some of the words clients have used to describe The Saints, a crack team of some of the brightest, accomplished young musicians in the north west. Their repertoire covers everything from 50s Rock ‘n’ roll through to funky classics by James Brown and Stevie Wonder, from The Bee Gees to The Beatles, and even from AC DC to The Killers.
Band members have studied at the Royal Northern College of Music and Leeds College of Music. They’ve played with the National Youth Jazz Orchestra of Wales and the Manchester University Jazz Orchestra, with famous jazz musicians including Guy Barker and Martin Taylor, and at the Edinburgh Festival. They’ve performed, separately and together throughout the north west, the rest of the UK and Europe.
The band are proud of their dynamic stage presence, fantastic vocals and great musicianship, and will tailor their set list to keep you and guests happy and dancing through the night. Their PA is suitable for events with up to 200 guests and they can hire equipment for larger events if needed. They can also offer a DJ service and/or an acoustic duo in addition to the band, for a full package of entertainment.
Dress code is normally all black for private functions but the band are flexible and can dress differently if required.
