The Slick City Jazz Stompers play traditional dixieland jazz straight out of New Orleans. They’re ideally suited to playing at garden parties and outdoor events where a power supply isn’t available.

The band’s extensive repertoire features dixieland jazz classics by the likes of Bix Beiderbecke, King Oliver and Louis Armstrong alongside jazz standards from the great American Songbook.

The band offer a range of line-ups which can be tailored to suit the nature of your event, from a duo through to the full 7-piece band. Here are the various lineup options to choose from:

Trio (clarinet, banjo, sousaphone): This is the most popular choice, perfect for creating a celebratory atmosphere at a champagne wedding reception or adding some fun to any corporate function. It's guaranteed to get everyone's toes tapping and bring smiles to your guests' faces.
4-piece (banjo, clarinet, sousaphone, cornet or drums): The 4-piece band offers flexibility and is available in two different combinations to suit your needs. With the addition of either trumpet or drums, this lineup provides more prominence and versatility compared to the smaller 3-piece group.
5-piece (banjo, clarinet, cornet, sousaphone, drums): While maintaining the authentic sound of the 7-piece band, the 5-piece option uses two front-line instruments and is a great choice for those with a smaller budget.
6-piece (banjo, clarinet, cornet, trombone, sousaphone, drums): This lineup makes for an excellent dance band. The infectious sound of the three horns and the rhythm section will make your party a memorable one. The six and seven-piece bands also include an excellent vocalist.
7-piece (full band): The ultimate lineup, the 7-piece band delivers a hot jazz sound, a big presence, and an infectious feel-good vibe that will lift everyone's spirits and make your event exceptionally memorable.
