Unique tribute to the "King of Cool", Dean Martin. Whether your favourite is Everybody Loves Somebody, That’s Amore, Little Old Wine Drinker or Sway, Neil covers them all and many more in his superb show.
Neil first made his name in the business with his successful Elvis tribute show "Images of Elvis" which culminated in him being voted the best Elvis tribute in the UK in 2005 and winning the Best Vegas Elvis competition in 2005. By a pure fluke, the producer of the Pat Pack Live Touring Show happened to be in a restaurant one night where Neil was performing and instantly recognised the potential for him to perform as Dean Martin in the show.
For the next 4 years he toured with the Rat Pack Live show appearing at venues such as The Dorchester Hotel, Celtic Manor Golf Resort, Langhams of London, Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, Café Royal, numerous theatres, golf clubs, weddings and an Open Air Festival at Quex Park in Kent watched by 18,000 people!
Neil has the looks and voice of Dean Martin, but most important to him he feels he has mastered Dean’s superb sense of comedy timing. Neil says, “Dean was a fabulous entertainer being a singer, actor and a great comedian – he did all with style and a natural ability. He recorded some timeless classic songs that are always such a pleasure to perform. I’ve yet to come across anyone who did not like Dean Martin”.
Neil's tribute to the "King of Cool" is available as a 1 hour show or in 2 x 30 minute sets, and can be performed to backing tracks, with 3 female backing singers or a live swing band, and he is also able to offer a unique show combining his tribute to Elvis with his Dean Martin tribute show. This works extremely well as a Dinner/Cabaret Show where Dean will entertain at coffee and the after a break ‘Elvis will enter the Building’ and entertain as only he would!
The Frank & Dean Show
In 2008 Neil’s attention was drawn to a BBC program called ‘The One and Only’ where he saw Tony Adams impersonating Frank Sinatra. Neil was so impressed by Anthony’s performance, he decided to contact him with a view to meeting and possibly working together. Since then the two of them have gone from strength to strength, taking the show all around the country and gathering many fans along the way! Both he and Anthony have a lot of fun on stage as Frank and Dean – just as the original guys did in the heady 60’s.
Tony and Neil have devoted many hours rehearsing their show, ensuring that it is current, entertaining and authentic. Each performance captures what the audience may have witnessed in the Copa Room, The Sands Hotel, Las Vegas as Frank and Dean hit the stage in the heddy 1960’s and performed as only they knew how. The songs are timeless and the jokes…well maybe they needed a little updating but the performances are extremely accurate. Both artists have worked hard to look, sound and act like their alto egos. If you like swing music you will love this show, so sit back, relax and let Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin take you on a journey filled with music, memories and mischief…and they do all the driving!
