We offer so many options for corporate function music that it can be hard to make a choice - so here are some suggestions to get you started. You might want to keep it simple and have one group of musicians playing throughout the day, or go for variety and surprise your guests. Many acts can play outdoors as well as indoors, and will adapt to suit your schedule.
Trade shows, lunches & activity days
Use classical music to create a relaxed atmosphere while guests arrive, or to accompany a formal lunch or break from a meeting.
Choose from a wide variety of soloists, duos or groups to fit all venues and budgets; from classical guitarists, harpists, and pianists to jazz and Latin ensembles.
Dinners, receptions & drinks parties
Give your event a sophisticated touch with a solo rat-pack style singer or a dinner jazz trio.
Acts that don’t require power (such as small acoustic steel bands or a Dixieland jazz bands) can be handy for outdoor cocktail parties.
All acts hired for meals and drinks parties will provide background music at a non-intrusive volume, so that your guests can chat and mingle.

To get the dancing started, choose from our huge catalogue of corporate bands. They play a broad selection of sixties to naughties classics suitable for everyone.
For something more original, go for a Caribbean steel band complete with limbo dancer, a Latin band, or try a country band, ska band or novelty act from our specialist music section. A ceilidh band is a great way to get everyone onto the dance floor!
During the interval between sets, bands can provide music through an iPod or a laptop free of charge. Most of them can extend this to a basic DJ service for a discounted rate, but if you’d like a bigger choice of song requests and better lighting or you’d prefer not to hire a band, hire a professional corporate DJ.
