Stormont School Ball

The party was for the headmistress who's is retiring this year after 20 years at this school, and we held the ball at the school – her second home! We had a pink theme, as it is a girls' school and the headmistress is known for her love of pink!

The dance-floor was full all night and they had an amazing songlist – something for everyone!

Beat Club were our band for the evening – we found them browsing for wedding bands in Hertfordshire, and booked their 7-piece line-up which included both male and female vocals, sax and trumpet. We loved their style and the size of the band was perfect!

Beat Club where amazing, they had a really cool feel about them and were really stylish – we especially loved how they all worked so well together!

The evening had some very emotional moments and some lovely speeches. An especially memorable moment was watching a video which showed current and old school girls leaving the headmistress some very touching messages about how she was "the best teacher ever". That was a moment we won't forget – there were lots of tears!

After our auction (which raised huge amounts for two amazing charities - Macmillan and Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation), the party went into full swing.

We ended the evening on a high with the fabulous Beat Club!
