What people say Help

  • Dangermouse were fantastic, they were really friendly and they made the evening of our wedding so much fun! Everyone was up dancing and we're still getting great comments about how good the band were.

  • We both love live music and so we booked Dangermouse for our wedding as it was important to us that people had a really good time - and they didn’t disappoint! From the moment we booked to arranging the set list, to the day itself was a pleasure. Dangermouse really listened to what we wanted for the day and amended the set list to meet all of our requirements. We had a real mixture of guests – both youngsters and oldies and every single person said how fantastic they were - the dance floor was never empty whilst they were playing!
We requested to have our first dance played acoustically, which was fantastic and a really special moment that we will both cherish forever.
Not only are Dangermouse an extremely talented bunch of guys they are also lovely, lovely people! They were polite and courteous and took the time to chat to guests and come and find both my husband and I to ensure we were happy with everything at the end of the night.
I would have no hesitations about recommending them to others - in fact we did and also had guests contact us after the day for their details for their upcoming weddings. Booking Dangermouse was the best money we spent of the whole wedding!!!

  • We could not have chosen a better act than Dangermouse for our wedding. They were everything we wanted and at a price which was extremely competitive. We were going to go for a tribute act, but we were glad we chose Dangermouse as they played a wide range of music that we were into (Killers etc) and the dancefloor was busy throughout their performance. We were recommended Dangermouse by a friend who had seen them at a wedding in Nottingham shortly before ours, and we are glad she did. All in all, they topped off a brilliant evening .

  • Excellent group technically, musically and professionally. Made the evening go with a swing and were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended. Agency also did everything as required with no hitches. I should point out that this group travelled a long distance to the venue in at least 8 inches of snow, real troopers! Hire them.

  • Just a quick e-mail to say how happy we were with Dangermous, having booked them to play our wedding on 22/5/10. Having arrived early and set up with zero fuss and noise the guys happily mingled with our guests before they started playing. When they did start playing the quality of the music was excellent (as well as being suitably loud) and loads of our guests commented on how good the band were. Having never booked a band online before I was unsure of how the live music would stand up to the samples i'd heard online but the quality was as good, if not better. The repetoire was also more expansive than I'd read online which meant we got even more modern classics than I'd hoped for and every one had our guests dancing. The band were also more than happy to accomodate some late requests and finished the night brilliantly with an acoustic encore of Wonderwall.
I would definitely recommend the band to a friend and I know many of our female gueats would be more than happy to see the guys again. Overall the booking more than lived up to expectations so thanks for all your help around this.

  • We hired Dangermouse for our wedding in September 2009. Whilst I’d listened to some of the tracks, and had a vague idea of what the band sounded like, I hadn’t heard them live and was a bit nervous as to how they would sound. But I was totally blown away, the guys were absolutely brilliant. Whilst setting up, they let my niece play with the drums, keeping her entertained, and we were able to select which songs we did/ didn’t want from the playlist in advance of the big day. They even took a request for me and played ‘Sex on Fire’ which was the song everyone remembers because the crowd went crazy when it came on! I know it’s cliché to say that everyone commented on how good the band were, yadda yadda, but they really were fantastic – they were on top form vocally and had the ability to keep everyone dancing all night. Thank you Dangermouse!

  • We hired Dangermouse for our Wedding and they were absolutely awesome. The sound was spot-on, they are all excellent musicians and their set-list had everybody up and dancing all night. It was the perfect end to a perfect day. You probably don't want to quote this but make sure you tell the guys - it's a true story from our wedding - The hotel manager was telling us the next day that The Who were staying at our hotel the night of our wedding and apparently they made some positive comments about the music. The hotel also had a load of complaints from other guests because "the windows were vibrating with the bassline"... Result..!! The Manager just told them "he was sorting it out" and left us to get on with it. The guys really kicked ass - they were fantastic.

  • Hi Mike, sorry for not replying sooner. Lots of our guests told us how much they enjoyed Dangermouse. They were very friendly and were really flexible - especially as they had to hang around for ages before they could get started! The lead singer has a great voice and their songs sounded so much like the originals!
