What people say Help

  • Dangermouse were absolutely fantastic!!! They really got the party going and everyone commented on how varied their set was. They had the dancefloor filled all evening and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!!!

  • We were thrilled with Dangermouse. They turned up in plenty of time and were the nicest guys you could ever meet. With no fuss at all they got set up and played two of the most brilliant sets. The dance floor was packed by the end, the band were just fantastic. We had a total mix of ages from 20s to 80s and all enjoyed it. We didn't want it to end. The whole experience was totally hassle free and the best fun we have had in ages, everyone said how great they were.

  • The act was Fantastic and I would have no hesitation in hiring them again. From the start they had people up and dancing till the end of the night. The guys themselves were very professional and lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the night

  • We were extremely satisfied. They were really relaxed when they arrived and set up without any disturbances. Their performance was amazing and had everyone dancing throughout their sets. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a band for any kind of party.

  • Picking a band can be tricky, but Dangermouse are an absolutely brilliant band! They had the dance floor packed from start to finish. Dangermouse were also very approachable and friendly. I would highly recommend them!!

  • This was the first year that we chose to hire a band as opposed to a DJ - a decision we'll stick with for the years to come after how well it was received. Dangermouse's set list was extremely good, playing for around 2 hours and managing to keep everyone entertained (and dancing!) for the entire duration of the set. Personally, this is my second experience of seeing Dangermouse and they come highly recommended from myself and all our staff!

Tom, Corportae event, Loughborough, December 2014
  • Dangermouse were superb and all of our guests commented on how brilliant they were. We literally can't fault them. They're set was excellent and got all of our guests up and dancing. A friendly and professional manner to deal with was constant and made the evening reception absolutely everything we had hoped for. Thank you!!

  • Dangermouse were just fantastic! They played our first dance and were excellent and from the first dance to the last song they had our guests up dancing and everyone said how brilliant they were.

  • I’d love to give Dangermouse a positive reference. Dangermouse performed at our daughter’s wedding on 4th June 2011 and two years prior to that at our son’s wedding.

On both occasions their performance was outstanding. I would add they are very friendly / personable individuals who fitted in / became part of the wedding party…. played to and appealed to all the generations. I would strongly recommend for weddings etc. in either a formal or informal garden setting.

  • Dangermouse – well what can we say – AWESOME!! The lads arrived in ample time, set up swiftly in the Holdenby House Ballroom and rocked the night away! We were a little nervous having only heard them online (although they sounded amazing and had some very good reviews), but we were not disappointed….. and so impressed that we can’t wait to organise another ‘do’ just to have them come back and play again! They happily mingled with guests and accommodated those (mainly Jeff!) who felt they wanted to have a sing themselves on the microphone!! At the end of the night, they even gave my Californian brother-in-law and fellow guest a lift into town so they could continue the party!! Thank you Dangermouse, we could not have booked a better band for our special day and we will definitely be booking you again in the future. Rock on!!

  • We were thoroughly impressed with Dangermouse at our wedding. They played amazingly and all out guests have commented on how much they enjoyed them. And quite a few are musicians themselves! Once everyone had had a few drinks the dancefloor was packed during their sets. Not only that but they were also really lovely guys! They made our evening and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone for their event.

    Stephanie, Wedding, November 2011
  • Dangermouse were fantastic, they were really friendly and they made the evening of our wedding so much fun! Everyone was up dancing and we're still getting great comments about how good the band were.

  • We both love live music and so we booked Dangermouse for our wedding as it was important to us that people had a really good time - and they didn’t disappoint! From the moment we booked to arranging the set list, to the day itself was a pleasure. Dangermouse really listened to what we wanted for the day and amended the set list to meet all of our requirements. We had a real mixture of guests – both youngsters and oldies and every single person said how fantastic they were - the dance floor was never empty whilst they were playing!
We requested to have our first dance played acoustically, which was fantastic and a really special moment that we will both cherish forever.
Not only are Dangermouse an extremely talented bunch of guys they are also lovely, lovely people! They were polite and courteous and took the time to chat to guests and come and find both my husband and I to ensure we were happy with everything at the end of the night.
I would have no hesitations about recommending them to others - in fact we did and also had guests contact us after the day for their details for their upcoming weddings. Booking Dangermouse was the best money we spent of the whole wedding!!!

  • We could not have chosen a better act than Dangermouse for our wedding. They were everything we wanted and at a price which was extremely competitive. We were going to go for a tribute act, but we were glad we chose Dangermouse as they played a wide range of music that we were into (Killers etc) and the dancefloor was busy throughout their performance. We were recommended Dangermouse by a friend who had seen them at a wedding in Nottingham shortly before ours, and we are glad she did. All in all, they topped off a brilliant evening .

    Steve, Wedding, Coventry, December 2010
  • Excellent group technically, musically and professionally. Made the evening go with a swing and were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended. Agency also did everything as required with no hitches. I should point out that this group travelled a long distance to the venue in at least 8 inches of snow, real troopers! Hire them.

  • Just a quick e-mail to say how happy we were with Dangermous, having booked them to play our wedding on 22/5/10. Having arrived early and set up with zero fuss and noise the guys happily mingled with our guests before they started playing. When they did start playing the quality of the music was excellent (as well as being suitably loud) and loads of our guests commented on how good the band were. Having never booked a band online before I was unsure of how the live music would stand up to the samples i'd heard online but the quality was as good, if not better. The repetoire was also more expansive than I'd read online which meant we got even more modern classics than I'd hoped for and every one had our guests dancing. The band were also more than happy to accomodate some late requests and finished the night brilliantly with an acoustic encore of Wonderwall.
I would definitely recommend the band to a friend and I know many of our female gueats would be more than happy to see the guys again. Overall the booking more than lived up to expectations so thanks for all your help around this.

  • We hired Dangermouse for our wedding in September 2009. Whilst I’d listened to some of the tracks, and had a vague idea of what the band sounded like, I hadn’t heard them live and was a bit nervous as to how they would sound. But I was totally blown away, the guys were absolutely brilliant. Whilst setting up, they let my niece play with the drums, keeping her entertained, and we were able to select which songs we did/didn’t want from the playlist in advance of the big day. They even took a request for me and played ‘Sex on Fire’ which was the song everyone remembers because the crowd went crazy when it came on! I know it’s cliché to say that everyone commented on how good the band were, yadda yadda, but they really were fantastic – they were on top form vocally and had the ability to keep everyone dancing all night. Thank you Dangermouse!

  • We hired Dangermouse for our Wedding and they were absolutely awesome. The sound was spot-on, they are all excellent musicians and their set-list had everybody up and dancing all night. It was the perfect end to a perfect day. You probably don't want to quote this but make sure you tell the guys - it's a true story from our wedding - The hotel manager was telling us the next day that The Who were staying at our hotel the night of our wedding and apparently they made some positive comments about the music. The hotel also had a load of complaints from other guests because "the windows were vibrating with the bassline"... Result..!! The Manager just told them "he was sorting it out" and left us to get on with it. The guys really kicked ass - they were fantastic.
