• I'll keep this brief as this is very easy to say...thanks Penfold for helping to make our day so special, simply put they were brilliant and surpassed all our best expectations.

The three sets worked perfect and the dancefloor was packed the entire time from the most senior members of our family and friends to the youngest. 

The band were super professional and worked with us prior to the day to make sure everything on the day went smoothly. The playlist was brilliant and catered for everyone's taste and technically the guys are fantastic musicians with amazing vocals.

We have also lost count of the amount of guests who without prompting commented on how amazing Penfold were and how they made the evening part of the wedding reception such high energy and fun.

Thank you Penfold and we are now looking for another occasion to use you!!

• We booked Penfold to play at our wedding reception at Coombe Abbey Hotel in Coventry in August of this year. The day went really well and the band arrived as planned and set up. After approximately 1 to 1.5 hours of great music and everyone dancing there was a power cut across the grid but Coombes backup generator failed and we were left with no power and just candlelight.
  This is when Penfold came into their own. Luckily a guest had brought an acoustic guitar and Penfold carried on the show with a lot of help from everyone at the wedding, If anything it made the night more interesting for everyone there. The lads stayed till the end and people comment all the time about what a great time they had having a good old fashioned sing along.
  I would recommend Penfold to anyone who wants a good, very versatile band who won't throw the towel in when there’s a hitch. Thanks for a fantastic night.

• We've been meaning to write to say that Penfold were excellent as a 3 piece. They were great, everyone commented how good they were and they kept the dancefloor full the whole night - not only our friends but also our parents. We hadn't given them a great deal of direction on what we wanted but they pitched it perfectly. They were also very organised - we only remembered we'd better check on them 15 mins before they were supposed to be on and there they were all set up and ready to go.

• We have been meaning to email Penfold to thank them for their performance at our wedding this August. The band totally made our wedding. Speaking to friends and family about our wedding everyone has said how amazing Penfold were. They were brilliant before hand in speaking about our song choice and very professional on the night. They were smart and very charming.
  As well as being talented musicians they were very good at reading the crowd. As we were dancing most of the night, they finished off with a dance off. With boys on one side and girls on the other we danced to Blur Song 2. We loved it! Please pass our thanks and comments onto the band.

• We booked Penfold at very short notice. It was with your assistance that helped find a band that suited our needs. The admin was handled speedily and efficiently. This was our first visit to your agency and I can, without any hesitation, state that the service you gave was first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending you. As for the band, they were fantastic. Whilst we ran behind a bit on their booked slot, they proved extremely flexible and set up with minimum fuss. Their music was great and kept guests on their feet. My friends and family (which is big) have attended many weddings over many years and without exception, all commented on the fantastic day, which was enhanced in no small part, by the band Penfold. • Thanks guys, you put on a fabulous show at our 40th/wedding/christening/retirement party and rounded the day off brilliantly. The dance floor was rocking and the evening went by all too quickly. • Penfold played at our wedding on May 10 and were exceptional. Peter was extremely friendly and accommodating in the build-up and on the day itself. We had agreed for them to play two sets with a break in the middle, but as dinner ran over (by an hour!) they were forced to begin late through no fault of their own. • We had a lovely day that was topped off perfectly by the evening. The band were absolutely fantastic - they really really made the night. They had everyone up on the dancefloor all night. So many of our guests commented on how good they were and wanted to know where we'd found them from. The highlight for us both was definitely their last song though - the memory of having virtually every single one of our guests surrounding us on the dancefloor stamping their feet and clapping their hands as the band sang 500 miles by The Proclaimers will be one we remember for a very long time!
