Peter, Wedding, October 2011I would just like to say how amazing the guys from sweet home chicago were when they played my wedding on 22nd October.
Not only was their perfomance amazing (I'm not sure my wife and I left the dance floor for the duration!) their professionalism and flexibilty in getting set up and ready in what unfortunately turned out to a very poorly organised venue was outstanding.
I cannot thank them enough, they helped turned what could have been a very stressful evening for my wife and I into a brilliant night. -
Nancy, Party, Surrey, January 2011No problem at all in providing feedback. Function Central were professional and reliable, I was offered good advice when initially booking the band and were always ready to answer my questions. If I need a band again I'll know where to look.
As for the band themselves...they were terrific! I had complete trust in Function Central that they would send a good one, but Sweet Home Chicago exceeded my expectations. The band were interactive with the guests and they loved it, no one was safe! They made a fabulous end to my special day... thank you x -
Patrick, 60th Birthday Party, Wimbledon, February 2010I had Sweet Home Chicago for my 60th Birthday. What an excellent night! The boys were truly brilliant and enjoyed by all both young and old. Pretty timeless and those who wanted had a try at being a Blues Brother for a song or two. Would highy recommend anyone who wants to party to book these guys. I definitely will if I get to 70! Function Central were an excellent booking agency with the music link being playing a very important part of making the final choice on who to book for a very important night.

Tracy Brown, 40th Birthday Gillingham Kent 18th Oct 2009Sweet Home Chicago (Blues Bros tribute) far exceeded my expectations. My husband had the best night ever and all our friends and family have commented on the brilliant entertainment. They were two of the nicest men you could invite to a party and fitted in perfectly with our crowd. They were very accommodating and thoroughly entertaining. No-one was left in the corner during their act and everyone got into the spirit of the night.I could not praise them enough and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great night. Please forward on our sincere thanks and gratitude for making my husband’s 40th birthday so special - I really can't thank them enough.

Debbie Morris, Retirement Party, Derbyshire, January 2009We hired Sweet Home Chicago for an evening last January and they fulfilled all our expectations and more. They certainly know how to get a party started, their singing and musical talents, combined with their energetic dance routines ensured the partying continued throughout the evening.
A first class performance was enjoyed by all, even those who don’t count themselves as Blues Brothers fans were impressed with these two entertaining guys.
They are a must for any party and I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again. Look forward to the next time!
We were looking to book a Blues Brothers Band for a retirement party, so pleased I found : mike@functioncentral.co.uk. They made everything so easy to organise. It was great to speak to someone who was friendly and helpful and there was continuous excellent customer service from the original enquiry to the event. All bookings and payments were confirmed by e-mail and a personal phone call on the actual date.
A truly professional company offering a top service, I would definitely use them again! -
Tom Harris, Guernsey, August 2009These guys were quite frankly amazing!! Normally I would be looking for fireworks to put under the seats here to get people up, but these guys had them going from track one. Very highly recommended.
-
Sandra and Clive , Wedding, Essex, June 2009Just a note to thank you once again for a great night following our wedding. We have had a flood of letters and emails thanking us for the best wedding and party ever, much of the credit must go to you guys. Please use ourselves as a future reference.

Lisa, Wedding, Anglesey, April 2009Hi many thanks the band were fantastic and our guests loved it we thank you and the band for helping to make our day extra special.
-
Gerry, Event, Gloucestershire, March 2009I went back-stage to see the two guys “Pete and Dud”, (please fill in correct names which I have forgotten) who make up “Sweet Home Chicago”, to find them upping the heart rate and basically working themselves up to a frenzy in readiness for their opening number. They were so pumped up and ready to burst into action on their very first number, and that is exactly what they did. When the musical introduction was played, they burst on to the stage, with incredible energy and immediately flew off the metre high structure into the anticipating audience, radio mikes attached, and launched into their opening number “Everybody, everybody, needs someone to love!” That set the tone for the whole evening. Boundless energy is their obvious trademark mixed with undoubted singing talent and a tight set of Blues Bros. music. I would recommend them for any function. Book through functioncentral.co.uk

Todd Wilkins, College Ball, Oxfordshire, August 2006Great lively show guys loved the live harp - fantastic vocals brought the house down.
-
Organiser, PRT Entertainments, Banbury, April 2005The energy this duo put out to the audience meant there wasn't one person sat down through the whole show and they even got some of the girls up on stage to sing Mustang Sally with them. Great entertainment boys - we’ll be booking you again.
-
