Playing all the hits from the early Moptop days through to the final rooftop performance, these four fresh faces take their audience back in time to recapture the glorydays of the original merseybeat sound.
A Beatles themed evening has always been a popular choice for private functions and parties, and The Day Trippers can produce a format to match your requirements and budget. Whether it's a wedding, birthday or any other 60s or Beatles themed event, The Day Trippers will add a ‘Fab ‘element to your party, and guarantee a splendid time for all!
The band offer various performance options from a basic 1 x 60 minute set through to a full theatre style show: a veritable Magical Mystery Tour of the Fab Four’s career from The Liverpool Cavern, through the psychedelia of Sgt Pepper to the final farewell 1969 concert on the Apple rooftop, complete with video projections showing classical Beatles newsreel film footage and up to 4 costume changes. The band are also available with a string and brass ensemble (the size of the orchestra can range from 4 - 40 depending on requirements) and all packages come with full stage and dancefloor lighting.
