Dressed to the nines and touting a crowd-pleasing, quickfire set of R&B, UK garage, pop, hip hop, classic soul and funk, Superstrut are the latest addition to our wedding band roster.

The band feature keyboard bass instead of electric bass for a more contemporary sound and offer varying line-ups, from a compact 4-piece through to their most popular line-up – an 8-piece with brass section and two incredible female vocalists.

Stylish and contemporary, the band seek out the latest tracks, so are great for a younger crowd – but still play the older soul and Motown dancefloor-fillers.

The band play hundreds of private events, parties and festivals every year, and their corporate client list includes Virgin, Sky, Microsoft and Barclays.

They've performed in some of the most prestigious venues in London, including The Savoy, The Shard, ExCel London and The Saatchi Gallery.

Aside from London, the bulk of their wedding gigs are in venues and garden marquees in Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, but they're happy to travel further afield.

They're also carving out a reputation on the international party circuit, with gigs in Italy, Dubai and Russia.

Fronting this talented A-Team is the self-professed Hannibal of the group whose career began when he graced the stage of the London Palladium as the 1st black artful Dodger in Cameron Mackintosh and Sam Mendes's Oliver Twist.

He has been acting and voicing cartoons ever since but music is where his heart and passion lays and Superstrut is his proudest project in music yet.

Superstrut's drummer is the baby of the group but the backbone of the music! From beating the pots and pans to playing and programming with artists like Jaz Karis, Bobby Mill, Danex and many more, gracing venues like Scala, Athena Leicester and several other venues up and down the country

The band's keyboard player and bassist has spent the last few years gigging in some of UK's most recognised venues such as Ronnie Scott's, Scala, Troy Bar and many more.

When Superstrut's guitarist isn't shredding with the band, he works as a session musician for the likes of KNIGHT, Berg, LONA and Hope. He's been fortunate enough to play some of the UK’s best venue’s and festivals such as The O2, Reading & Leeds main stage and The Isle of Wight Festival.
