The Blackman String Quartet has performed all over Wales and the South West of England and as individuals have performed with many professional orchestras including the BBC National Orchestra Of Wales, The Orchestra of Welsh National Opera and The Welsh Chamber Orchestra.

The quartet offer a huge range of classical, opera, jazz, film, pop and rock repertoire to choose from, ensuring all musical tastes are accounted for. The quartet also have a small selection of hymns and celtic music for wedding ceremonies when required.

As well as having performed for notable Welsh orchestras, the members have also performed with many well renowned musicians including Bryn Terfel, Aled Jones, Katherine Jenkins, Sir Harry Secombe, Julian Lloyd Webber, Hayley Westenra, Kiri Te Kanawa and Gail Pearson.

The Blackman String Quartet have had the honour of performing at many of the most impressive venues across the South West including Cardiff Castle, Miskin Manor, Caerphilly Castle, The Celtic Manor… and many more!
