“Very good band at a competitive price, lots of choice and helpful service.”

Bob, Private Event, Finchley Lawn Tennis Club in London, July 2019

“The band were excellent!! Everybody enjoyed them!”

Helen & Jason, Wedding, September 2018

Steve & Hayley, Wedding, Stratton Court Barn in Oxfordshire, June 2018

“Really awesome band nice and easy to talk to. Set list was on point. Even played the acoustic set out in the gardens in the sun. PERFECT!!!”

Nathan, Wedding at The Lodge in Hungerford, June 2018

“This was the first time I had arranged this kind of personal event, as opposed to a business event where I always had support staff that did the hard stuff. So it was great that Function Central were so communicative throughout. Then when, near to the date, contact was made with the group that also worked exceptionally well. The result being that leading up to the day, when you normally start getting nervous, I was totally confident that, barring some unforeseeable disaster, it would all go well. And it did. The guys were superb. One guest was a music teacher who specializes in the guitar and rated them not just good but with a tremendous versatility. From my perspective the lead singer has a great voice and some of his guitar work quite stunning - and the feedback from our guests was very positive. If the occasion arises I'd book them again in a flash.”

Golden Wedding Anniversary Party in Surrey, May 2018

“The band were punctual and discreet when setting up and were also very polite. They played everything we had requested to a very high standard. Would recommend them to everyone!”

Mandy, Wedding at Ely Golf Club in Cambridgeshire, September 2017

Richard, Wedding in Poole, August 2016

“We were so pleased with The Files, they had the whole room dancing it was like being at a concert! We would have no problem recommending them in fact several guests asked where we found them. We are hoping to go to see them perform again soon.”

Caroline, Wedding in Surrey, September 2015

“We were so pleased with the Files, they had everyone dancing the whole night and they caused no hassle at all, which is exactly what you want as a bride. They were really polite and professional and got all the songs we had requested for the DJ set. For us one of the priorities for our wedding was to have a really good party and to have everyone on the dance floor and that's exactly what we got with the Files. A lot of people were commenting on how good they were and we couldn't be more pleased.”

Anna, Wedding in London, August 2015

“Excellent! I must admit that as I was getting married it was a big day so many other things on my mind but I only have positive memories. First dance performed brilliantly as well as some other I asked for including a terrific cover of Hey Ya. Quite a few people mentioned how good the band were! Very professional and friendly and clearly great musicians.”

“Utterly fantastic 10/10. What a great group of really talented musicians. Couldn't single any one of the four out as the singer, both guitarists and drummer were great. I want to book them again one day! 100% recommended. Sounded better than the original tracks. So pleased!”

On the day, they arrived and set themselves up, leaving us to get on with our day. Their three sets were excellent and they played our playlist in between.
