“We hired The Get Ups for a function, for roughly 200 guests. Before the event, the band we're incredibly responsive and professional, and sent out a song request sheet. They have a cracking selection of songs to choose from! The band arrived promptly and were all really professional and likeable, and their ability to get people dancing all night long is unbelievable! Professional equipment with all of their own lighting rig, they absolutely created a fantastic atmposhere and had people singing and dancing until the early hours. Would book them again without a shadow of a doubt, and couldn't recommend them highly enough.”

“We just wanted to send you a note to thank you and the band for a great performance on Saturday night. We really hoped that having a live band would take the entertainment to a new level and you guys certainly didn’t disappoint. You absolutely nailed the opening track for us too for our first dance! The feedback from our guests has been equally complimentary and they all had a great time…so thank you again.”

Darren & Emma, Wedding Party, Effingham, February 2020

“Just wanted to drop you a quick message this morning to say how great you were last night. The set list was perfect, the level was spot on, and you created a really great atmosphere for our drinks reception. More than a few people made an effort to tell me how good they thought you were. So thanks again to you and to the guys :) really appreciate it!”

ForgeRock, Corporate Event, London, October 2019

“Thank you so much for playing at our wedding at New Place. We had the four piece band, and their performance was faultless. Everyone was up and dancing to all the songs and it certainly was one of the highlights of the day. Ben was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. I’d very much highly recommend. Thank you again!”
