We chose Park House Hotel in West Sussex as we had a very small intimate wedding of 45 guests and wanted a venue that wouldn't feel like we were knocking about in a huge space, and that reflected the family orientated feel of the day we wanted.

They hit the nail on the head and continued to surprise and delight us all evening... truly sensational.

It was a bit of a traditional luxe wedding. Small, family oriented, intimate with a fresh colour palette.

Our favourite moments were getting married in the small village church after 10 whole months of attending regular worship and walking out of the church to see all of our friends and family.

We also loved driving away to our honeymoon in our vintage Austin Healey and dancing and jumping around all evening to the awesome wedding band!

We had an electro guitarist for the wedding reception and then we wanted a funky band, one that we couldn't see plastered all over youtube, to warm up and keep the party alive all through the evening.

The guys from The Confidentials seemed really friendly and warm, light hearted and they seemed to enjoy every event they had played at.

Satisfied doesn't even come close, even our experienced wedding photographer and videographer, both of whom travel the globe said how brilliant the chaps were.

Function Central was easy to use and find, had a great selection of Sussex bands and easy to understand the pricing, which when budgeting, is so important.

Go with your gut, if you like the look of them chances are they are the ones for you, if not, don't pay for something you don't want!!!!

We ended up changing our venue after we put the deposit down because we thought it was what we wanted as a couple but turns out, we had to make so many compromises that one was eventually enough and we ended up at Park House Hotel which was a phenomenal venue.
