Rich plays soprano and tenor sax over high quality backing tracks. His extensive repertoire includes jazz, blues, latin and idioms not normally tackled by saxophonists such as Motown, 60’s Soul, Funk, Disco and smooth love songs!

He has many years of experience performing for hundreds of events throughout the UK and currently works as a freelance musician, performing at weddings, christenings, corporate functions, night clubs, bar mitzvahs, Jewish events and all special occasions.

Young and old could relate to the range of songs he played and it was a pleasure to see out guests enjoy themselves so much! Lisa, Wedding, London

Rich is a well-known face at London Jazz Scene where he has shared the stage with many great musicians such as New York’s Jazz sensation Robert Glasper, Roy Hargrove, and Chris Dave.

He's also sharing the stage with pop greats such as The Legendary Drifters, Macy Gray, Omar, Dawn Penn, and Don-E, Jackie Graham, Patrick Alan (Michael Jackson, The Drifters) Wynton Marsalis (twice) and also stellar musicians such as Soweto Kinch.

Rich is always friendly, flexible and approachable and will be happy to adjust his performance to whatever mode of music you have in mind, at whatever volume. He's also prepared to learn a song if given a month's notice and providing it is possible to obtain a backing track and sheet music for the chosen tune.

“Really great performance, although it was an incredibly sad occasion, everyone said how great Rich was and how much my mother-in-law would have enjoyed it. Rich was a really friendly guy and was a pleasure to have him for our occasion.”

Ian, Funeral, Moor Hall Hotel in Sutton Coldfield, February 2019

“Rich was amazingly efficient and accommodated our needs perfectly. The melodies this man plays from his Saxophone are amazing and made everyone in the audience want more. He played exactly what we wanted to hear and made our event a huge success!! I would use Rich again in a heartbeat! Rich is very professional, personable and above all - very talented!”

He helped is with our song selection, and he worked with us to ensure the timing was perfect. We highly recommend Rich for your wedding or other celebration.”

Chris & Andrea, Wedding in London, January 2018

“I wish there was a 6th star as a choice for "Value for Cost"! This guy was everything we had hoped for and more. His charisma just lit up the reception and his choices of music (when he wasn't filled with request) fit the mood perfectly at all times. I had several friends come up and ask for his name and contact info, so they were clearly impressed as well! Wholeheartedly recommended.”
