The Resets are a quirky trio from Manchester, who bring a vibrant, gypsy jazz inspired take to the modern party band. They blend medleys of classic pop, rock, R&B, reggae and hip hop all with a swinging jazz flavour.

The band is available as a gypsy jazz trio featuring guitar and and double bass but regularly expand to an acoustic quartet or quintet, featuring female vocals, percussion or violin.

Energetic, fun, friendly and incredibly professional. We wanted them to play all night! Nilly & Mark, Wedding, London

Their repertoire ranges from early 1930/40s jazz classics right through to modern pop music and is constantly evolving with new versions of great songs, from Django to Nirvana to The Rolling Stones to Britney Spears.

The quartet or quintet line-ups, fronted by either violin or vocals has become the band's most popular line-up. The band offer a choice between two outstanding female vocalists as well as percussionist for extra rhythm.

The band has travelled nationwide and played in mainland Europe too. All the members are full time professional musicians with many years of experience of gigging all over the world.

The perfect act for those looking for something a little more alternative/vintage/retro for their event.

“The band were incredible, they made our night! Amazing musicians, sounded great, professional (bang on time), very cool and played great music. 10/10!”

10

“Fantastic!! When starting to plan our wedding my main priority was a good live band with a quirky vintage twist but which wouldn’t blast everyone’s ear drums. I was skeptical booking a band we had not heard. All I knew is I wanted a cover band so all our guests would be familiar with the songs. The Resets were a choice I do not regret!! Their demos on line sound good and when you get them in the room.. Spot on!! All our guests were up on the dance floor and they loved them. Thanks guys for making our reception better than we dreamed!”

10

“We chose The Resets because our venue was noise restricted and they weren’t has heavy as other bands we’d seen. We still wanted our guests to dance though and we liked their vintage vibe. In short, the band exceeded these expectations. They set up with minimal fuss, played a great selection of mainstream music in a gypsy style and were thoroughly enjoyed by all.”

10

“The band were great, absolutely nailed our first dance and went on to play two great sets. Great musicians and thoroughly professional attitude. The whole wedding party were impressed.”

10

“They made our wedding so special and memorable! Every single one of our guests came up to us at some point on the night or afterwards to say how amazing they were, and how much fun they had dancing! Each member of the band is an incredible musician too, they blew me away! Not to mention how lovely and friendly they are and how easy it was to arrange everything.”

10

“Seriously, if you are looking for a band who tick all the boxes, look no further. It will be the best decision you will make. Hands down, it was ours. Energetic, fun, friendly and incredibly professional. We really wanted our wedding atmosphere to be more of a fun knees up and these guys made that. We wanted them to play all night!”
