Leez Priory

Set in 40 acres of lush parkland, and boasting a rich history, this Tudor mansion is a stunning setting for a wedding. Essex's Leez Priory has certainly been recognised as such, and has been awarded Wedding Ideas Magazine's 'Best Wedding Venue' an impressive three times. There are six sumptuous ceremony spaces, including the Great Tower. The ground's lakes provide a beautiful reception setting pre-party, and the Great Hall and converted Coach House provide stunning settings for the breakfast and for the evening's live wedding band or DJ. When the guests are all danced out there are 15 charming bedrooms in which to recover!

George and Falcon

This is the place if you crave an elegant outdoor wedding ceremony followed by a charming pub celebration. Nestled in Hampshire's picturesque village of Warnford, the George and Falcon is a 16th century Grade II listed building with a riverside garden and real ales, catering for anything from 4 course meals to hog roasts. With french doors to the terrace and gardens, and an open log fire for the colder months, this is a year-round venue with some serious character. Several of our Hampshire wedding bands have performed here.

The Sussex Barn

This stylishly rustic 400 year old barn in the parish of Hellingly is a real East Sussex gem. The grade II listed barn has beautiful oak frame beams and is situated on a working farm. The Sussex Barn's first wedding was a family one in 2009, and has since been licensed for civil ceremonies, along with the enclosed private courtyard (also a lovely place for drinks reception or a hog roast). The Sussex Barn is a great venue for an evening party and dancing, as many of our local Sussex wedding bands know! The friendly atmosphere of the barn also extends to its management; brides and grooms have free rein on suppliers as well as exclusive access to the barn and courtyard the day before and after the wedding, making for a much more relaxed process, and plenty of time to make the setting personal and perfect!

Gosfield Hall

This striking Georgian manor house was formerly a royal residence, and its reputation remains illustrious, the hall having won Wedding Ideas Magazine's 'Best Wedding Venue' 2011 and the Essex Wedding Awards 'Wedding Venue of the Year – Heritage' in 2012. One of Godfield Hall's notable features is the 120ft long aisle in the stunning oak-panelled Queen Charlotte's Gallery. The carriageway has also recently been licensed, allowing for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. The Marquis of Buckingham's former ballroom is one of several strikingly beautiful settings for the wedding breakfast and reception, and exclusive use of the house means that up to 250 guests can enjoy the evening reception and party. So there's plenty of space to dance to your ideal musical entertainment, be it a rock & pop band or a Latin band! The extraordinary Rococo Bridal Suite is just one of the 21 bedroom suites at Gosfield Hall, perfect for ending a special day in ultimate luxury.

East Quay

Looking out over Whitstable beach and out to sea, this is is an unquestionably romantic setting. Housed in one of the oldest buildings in Whitstable, and retaining the earthy character of its predecessor, (the Oystery and Fishery Store) this is a stylish and versatile space. The oyster companies needed to keep watch over their oyster beds, meaning that this building has some exceptional views to be enjoyed, whilst a wander to the water is within reach. Licensed for ceremonies, with ample dancing space (the venue have hosted several of our Kent-based wedding bands including Party Up, who love playing here), countless catering options, and unrivalled seaside charm, this is a venue with a difference. Champagne and oysters on the beach is a highlight, and all the produce is locally sourced, with the fish caught by local fishermen.

Metropolitan Police Sports Club Hayes Ltd

Also known as 'The Warren', this impressive 19th Century house is set within 22 acres of lawns and woodland, a haven from its Bromley location. The Warren a licensed wedding venue, and there are a great choice of spaces, from the wood-panelled Hayes Room or spacious Coney Suite, ideal for an elaborate meal and an evening of dancing. As well as organising many weddings, the events management team at The Warren are involved in regular music nights and an annual fireworks display, so they're well-versed in providing fantastic service whatever your requirements. The In-Laws were a huge hit when they played here recently!

The Anchor Inn and Boating

On the picturesque banks of the river Ouse in the Sussex countryside, The Anchor Inn sits four miles upstream of Lewes. A charming country pub serving real ale and fine wines, the inn dates from 1790, and retains much of its original character, with a recently updated licensed ceremony room and a substantial marquee (with dance-floor) adding to its pull. Imagine reception drinks served on the beautiful banks of the Ouse with a live swing band or cocktails in the cosy bar listening to an enchanting guitarist. Boating facilities are even available to the wedding party – what more romantic and memorable a way to spend your first married afternoon than on the water?

Avington Park

Avington Park has an intricate history, with extraordinary interiors and an imposing elegance amidst the lawns and meadows that surround it. The riverside approach is an impressive introduction to the building and the many exquisite rooms. Winter log fires in the Painted Hall, and splendid outside space, this is a venue for all seasons. The extensive lawns are a wonderful spot for a drinks reception, followed by the wedding breakfast in the library. Elegant Avington Park has the space and potential for an incredible party too! Gatton Manor

A long stately driveway opens onto the 18th century house and gardens of Gatton Manor. It is set within 200 acres of Surrey countryside, with the fountain on the lawn, and the lake offering a lovely backdrop for photographs. An added bonus for those with relatives abroad, is that the Manor is just 20 minutes from Gatwick Airport, making it an accessible venue for those flying in for the occasion. The award winning team at Gatton Manor are committed to providing excellence and to making every wedding perfect. They will work closely with you to tailor their services, and are able to provide everything from drinks on arrival to centrepieces and the meal. Function Central have a host of wedding bands in and around Surrey to top the day off.

The Hop Farm

With the spectacular backdrop of stunning Victorian oast houses, and surrounded by beautiful lawns, The Hop Farm is a wonderfully characterful venue in the heart of the Kent countryside. There is an abundance of space, both in the converted Oast houses and outside, and the charming licensed Garden Gazebo is a unique ceremony setting for warmer months. There's also a substantial barn and connecting rooms, perfect for a drinks reception, meal, and dance-floor for the evening celebrations, whether you choose a sophisticated jazz group or soul and Motown party band. The interconnecting Oast Roundels offer unusual, romantic circular spaces for intimate gatherings, or cosy areas to use as you wish!

Lythe Hill Hotel

In the lush Surrey countryside Lythe Hill Hotel is a pretty, country retreat. The hotel offers ceremonies in the picturesque Gazebo, or in one of its fully licensed rooms. With catering options spanning multiple-course meals to hog roasts or even a Mexican feast, there is plenty of scope to make the whole day personal to you. Ham Polo Club

The last remaining polo club in Greater London, Ham Polo Club offers a stunning 18th century pavilion and 23 acres of lush grounds. The dedicated wedding team at the Polo Club can plan and manage the day, ensuring the finest service. The licensed Pavilion is a beautiful setting for a wedding ceremony, with drinks and canapes served on the dramatic vine-clad verandah and the club offers silver service dining fit for the surroundings. Late licenses are available, meaning the dancing to a world-class live band can carry on into the night. Electric Planet ensured the guests partied on until the small hours when they rocked out here. 2015 and 2016 are booking up fast for weddings at The Hop Farm, but offers for last-minute weddings and some dates still available.
