Working exclusively for Function Central, the band’s previous clients have included the Ministry of Defence, The British Plastics Federation and Yorkshire Gas.

As one of our most in-demand London wedding bands they've played for literally hundreds of weddings at well-established venues such as Somerset House, Eltham Palace, Kenwood House, Pembroke Lodge, Shepperton Studios and London Zoo.

The Fandangos were amazing! They played a great range of music, had the dance floor full all night (including organising a hilarious dance off) and the lead singer's voice was incredible all night long. Kathryn, Wedding, Farnham

In addition to their private event work, the band have toured, recorded and performed with numerous original artists including folk singer Josh Bray, Cavalier, 6 Day Riot, Kareem, Jeremy Warmsley and Adam Parker.

They've released two independent singles and are regulars at several top UK festivals including Latitude, The Great Escape, Lounge on the Farm and Kendal Calling. Band members have also played radio sessions for Dermot O’Leary (BBC Radio 2), Zoe Ball (BBC Radio 2), Robert Elms (BBC London) and Jeff Lloyd (Absolute).

The band's preferred line-up is either as a 4-piece guitar band or a 5-piece incorporating keyboards. They can also expand to include a brass section, for more faithful renditions of vintage soul and funk.

The band can provide a laptop DJ set between their sets to save on the space, cost and hassle of hiring a separate DJ. Wherever possible, they will also try to include a first dance or special song for your event.

The guys are friendly, outgoing and flexible, and will do their utmost to ensure your requirements are met and your guests are entertained!

“To say that we were satisfied with The Fandangos would be the understatement of the year. They performed professionally and slickly, however this was combined with a great personable touch to the performance. They sounded great throughout, the levels and balance were great (no mean feat when performing in a barn). They threw in a nice surprise element which everyone loved, and it is safe to say that the dance floor was never empty when they were playing - everyone couldn't get enough of them.”

Dan, Wedding in Suffolk, November 2015

“The Fandangos were amazing they sang our first dance live with only 3 weeks notice. They had our families up dancing all night long, everyone said how brilliant they were. We will definitely be using Function Central again and The Fandangos. Now we just need to think of a reason to have another party!!!”

Kristal & Sean, Wedding at The Orangery in Kent, June 2019

“The Fandangos were excellent! A really wonderful end to a great day. They played almost all evening and our guests loved them and all commented on how good they were. We had made contact with the band leader and he was able to incorporate some of our requests into the set or the DJ section. All round a great day.”

Colin & Rachel, Wedding in London, May 2019

“What can we say, they were first class! They are an excellent band with first rate service from start to finish and blend so well as a group. They got the whole dance floor up and moving and we had so many comments on the night about how fantastic they were. We are still getting comments now and I expect that will always continue! They were the perfect choice for our wedding reception, the mix of music they played was brilliant and they managed to incorporate some of our requests which made it very special. We will never forget out first dance, Stuck in the Middle with You, Steelers wheel, it was perfect and is such a long lasting memory, we were so happy they could play it live for us, it made the night! The band sound and look great, we can't recommend them highly enough and hope we are lucky enough to find ourselves at someone else's party or wedding reception where they might be playing in the future. Many thanks once again, service from start to finish with Function Central was also excellent and I will recommend you and the Fandangos to anyone looking for a reliable, quality service and great music!”

Claire, Wedding in Surrey, February 2019

“The band were absolutely brilliant they were at our wedding! They came in and set up without any fuss (hardly even noticed they were there). The first song they had learnt for us was amazing, and then straight into their first set which had everyone up on the dance floor, well for the rest of the night! They really exceeded all expectations and everyone was raving about how good they were, they really made our evening reception unforgettable so a big thank you!”
